Transformation: Then, Now and Next

We've got a weekend modeled on our beloved Summits: Friday-Sunday September 18-20, 2026.

The weekend will feature mixers, a full day of all-star all-Summa inspirational transformation stories, panels and workshops culminating in the dinner dance-party of the year featuring the Agile Feedback band (fka Summa Band) and Sunday brunch to hear how it all got started.

We'll start with welcome reception on Friday September 18th featuring a VIP welcome dinner! Reconnect over some amazing flavors!

Saturday, September 19th is the MAIN EVENT!

We'll kick off at 10am with a keynote from Dannie De Novo on Personal Transformation, a set of solution showcases highlighting world class projects. Then Audrey Dunning will deliver her keynote to bring us Lessons on Transformation over lunch.

After lunch we have two tracks to choose from:
Track 1 : Leadership Panels
What's Real in AI Today with leading AI researchers and consultants from CMU, Hike2 and more.
Management in the Age of AI with deep insights into what changes with AI is a member of the team.

Track 2 : Hands-on Workshops
Dannie De Novo delivers her Develop Your Public Persona workshop to help you drive your own transformation.
Skip Shelly leads his Product Next Workshop to help you jump start the creation of your next offering. Maybe with AI!

Lastly, everyone's favorite lightning talks start at 3:30 and conclude with open spaces at 4:30.

There will be group gaming and non-technical tracks all day long too in case all that transformation is a bit much or you've had enough AI!

The bar will open at 3:30pm to make the talks even more lively and smooth the way into happy hour, bourbon tasting and lots of mingling!

The highlight of the weekend will be the dinner/dance party featuring Agile Feedback on Saturday evening and associated after parties.

We'll close this extraordinary weekend over Sunday brunch when Ed will tell the Summa origin story and what made it different from the start.
