Transformation: Then, Now and Next

We've got a weekend modeled on our beloved Summits: Friday-Sunday September 18-20, 2026.

The weekend will feature a unique opportunity to mix with leading thinkers and apply the learnings immediately yourself or with your team. Read on to find a full day of stories from the field, panels and two workshops culminating in the dinner dance-party of the year featuring the Agile Feedback band (fka Summa Band) and Sunday brunch to hear how it all got started.

We'll start with welcome reception on Friday September 18th featuring a VIP welcome dinner! Reconnect over some amazing flavors!

Saturday, September 19th is the MAIN EVENT!

We'll kick off at 8am with ample hot breakfast and coffee. At 10am we'll hear a keynote from Dannie De Novo on Personal Transformation, a set of solution showcases highlighting world class projects and technology from companies like Microsoft, Hike2, Agile Rising. Then Audrey Dunning will deliver her keynote to bring us Lessons on Transformation over lunch.

After lunch we have two tracks to choose from:

Track 1 : Leadership Panels

What's Real in AI Today with leading AI researchers and consultants from CMU, Hike2, Cloud Adoption Solutions, DealJoy AI and more.

Management in the Age of AI with deep insights into what changes when AI is a member of the team.

Track 2 : Hands-on Workshops

Dannie De Novo delivers her Develop Your Public Persona workshop to help you drive your own transformation.

Skip Shelly leads his Product Next Workshop to help you and your team jump start the creation of your next offering.

Lastly, everyone's favorite lightning talks start at 3:30 and conclude with open spaces at 4:30.

There will be group gaming and non-technical tracks all day long too in case all that transformation is a bit much or you've had enough AI!

Got kids? On-site babysitting available for kids out of diapers (or BYO babysitter). Kids under 7 are free and 7-12 are half price with an adult ticket for each event.

Happy Hour starts at 3:30pm featuring bourbon/scotch tasting bar, hot food and lots of mingling to follow!

The highlight of the weekend will be the dinner/dance party featuring Agile Feedback on Saturday evening and associated after parties.

We'll close this extraordinary weekend over Sunday brunch at 11am when Ed Engler will tell the Summa origin story, what made it different from the start and answer your questions.
